What is Zebra AI?
Zebra AI is your smart assistant for turning business data into clear, actionable insights — no technical expertise required. Think of it as your personal consultant who analyzes your data and supplies you with actionable insights. It will clean and load your data, create a data model, calculate and analyze variances, highlight important outliers, find hidden patterns, create an actionable, highly interactive dashboard for you, and answer any questions you might have.
With Zebra AI you can:
- Upload data from Excel, CSV, or connect to Power BI or an SQL database
- Automatically generate dashboards & insights
- Ask questions in natural language
- Customize, export, and share your dashboards and data stories
- Collaborate securely with your team
🔷 Step 1: Upload Your Data
You can upload your business data in several ways:
✅ File upload:
— Supported formats: .csv, .xlsx
— Maximum file size: 50 MB
— Drag & drop your file into Zebra AI or select it from your device.
✅ Power BI connection:
— Connect directly to your Power BI workspace to use your existing reports.
✅ SQL database connection:
— Connect directly to your SQL database, such as MS SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
✅ OneLake Warehouse connection:
— Connect directly to your OneLake Warehouse (Fabric workload only)
Once uploaded, Zebra AI automatically analyzes your data. If needed, Zebra AI will clean the data for you.
📊 Step 2: Explore Your AI-Powered Dashboards
After uploading, Zebra AI instantly creates dashboards that:
- Highlight trends and variances
- Show key drivers of change
- Identify important insights — no setup needed
Everything is interactive and ready-to-use. Your Zebra AI dashboard automatically adds useful filters (slicers) on top and allows users to quickly filter the data by simply clicking on data points in the charts and tables.
You can quickly change the chart types on the dashboard, remove any charts, and add another. You can sort the tables by clicking on any column header, reorder and customize the columns, format individual rows, or even add your own KPIs in rows or columns.
If you have data spanning across a longer time series, then Zebra AI will also provide relevant time/period calculations such as Month-to-Date vs Year-to-Date view.
💬 Step 3: Ask Questions in Natural Language
You don’t need to know SQL or create formulas. Simply type your question in natural language into the chat box, for example:
“Why did sales dip in June?”
“Show top-performing product categories.”
Zebra AI responds with clear visualizations and explanations.

Make your dashboards fit your brand:
- Adjust colors, fonts, and layouts
- Apply your company’s theme
When you’re ready to share:
- Export to PowerPoint or Excel*
- Share dashboards directly with your team*
